Assembly, Sequencing & Value-Added Services

Built to the requirement. Released in the right order.

Emotiv Mobility builds customer-defined assemblies under program-specific controls, validates the work that matters, and coordinates output to the production sequence. The process is designed around your product, variation, pace and release criteria.

The Emotiv Mobility approach

The work is defined by what production needs next.

We begin with the customer’s build requirements and design the assembly operation around configuration, critical process controls, validation and sequence. The goal is not simply a completed assembly. It is one prepared for its next production handoff.

Representative applications

Assembly breadth shaped by the program.

Different products call for different tooling, verification and material strategies. These application families illustrate the range Emotiv Mobility evaluates with customers.

Cabin systems

Interiors & overhead

Instrument panels, consoles, headliners and overhead assemblies.

Vehicle systems

Chassis & wheel

Front and rear suspension, tire-and-wheel and related modular work.

Front-end systems

Thermal & exterior

Cooling modules, fascias, bumper and grille assemblies.

Application examples are representative. Product scope and available processes are defined with the customer for each program.

The release gate

An assembly is ready when its release conditions are met.

The checks vary by product. Explore the questions Emotiv Mobility helps the program answer before a completed assembly moves into production sequence.

Was the right assembly built?

Build instructions and component controls are aligned to the specified variant. Staging, fixtures and scan points can be designed around what the product requires.

Before releaseThe required configuration is confirmed against the program’s criteria.

Configured to the work

The operating design changes with the program.

Emotiv Mobility selects the production method and supporting controls around the assembly, not from a fixed menu of equipment. The work may be manual, automated or a combination, based on product and program requirements.

Process & tooling

Work instructions, fixtures, controlled torque, joining, welding, adhesive application or robotic integration where the product calls for them.

Quality in the work

Program-specific validation may use scanning, vision, electrical testing, pull-force checks, dimensional inspection or end-of-line testing. Traceability follows the agreed control plan.

Production handoff

Sequencing, racks, carts, delivery timing and point-of-use requirements are designed around the customer's actual build cadence and operating location.

Connected when the program calls for it

A focused capability, or part of a coordinated flow.

Assembly and sequencing can stand on their own. When upstream material control and preparation need to operate in closer coordination with sequencing and sub-assembly, Emotiv Mobility can connect the work through SyncOps™, its integrated operating model.

Program questions

Questions worth settling before the line depends on it.

Direct answers for teams evaluating an assembly and sequencing partner.

Can Emotiv Mobility provide assembly and sequencing without Material Support Systems?
Yes. Assembly, Sequencing & Value-Added Services can be scoped as an independent operating capability. Material Support Systems can be connected when a program benefits from coordinated upstream material control and preparation.
What kinds of assemblies can Emotiv Mobility support?
Representative applications include interior and overhead systems, suspension and wheel-related assemblies, and front-end or thermal modules. The specific product, process, tooling, quality controls and operating location are evaluated for each program.
How are assemblies checked before release to production?
Release criteria are defined by the program. Depending on the assembly, the process may incorporate scan verification, controlled torque, vision inspection, electrical or pull-force testing, dimensional checks, or end-of-line validation. No single check applies to every program.
How does sequencing connect to the customer’s build order?
Where sequencing is in scope, the operating design aligns completed assemblies to the customer’s production demand, required order, rack or cart configuration and delivery window. The demand signal and verification method are defined with the customer.
What information does Emotiv Mobility need to evaluate a new program?
Begin with the product and variant mix, bill of materials, build volume and cadence, quality and traceability requirements, production location, sequence and delivery needs, launch timing, and material-ownership model. Emotiv Mobility can then evaluate the operating approach and scope.
